Return or Exchange
All products are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
Once an order is submitted and payment is successful, customers cannot request cancellations, modifications, additions, or the use of discount codes. Customers should verify the selected products and order details before making payment.
Returns
We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for any reason.
Exchange
-If you receive incorrect items:
Upon receiving your order, please promptly check all items. If you receive incorrect items different from what you ordered, please contact us via WhatsApp within 72 hours after delivery, and we will process it as soon as possible.
The delivery time is based on the transportation company’s records, and late refund requests will not be accepted.
Please provide the following information: order number, purchase date, names, and quantities of missing or incorrect items.
We may request additional details or images related to the issue.
If it is determined that the error is on our part, we will arrange for replacement items.
Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Returns should be sent to the designated address within 3 working days after receiving notification. Please use appropriate packaging and postage, which will be covered by us.
Correct items will be shipped approximately 7 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
Refunds
If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will refund your payment account. Credit card refunds may take approximately 30 working days, while other payment methods may take around 7 working days.
